Development layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest document release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images indicate he had created plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section labelling distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
More images disclosed as part of the continuing oversight disclosure.
